Hi Phill! Here’s how to burn a cd.

I left everything set up in itunes on your laptop. Go to the play list that looks something like this:

Note that it has CD at the end of the name, as there are 2 of these playlists.

You should see a list of your songs with checkboxes.

To include a song on the cd, the checkbox must be checked.

Some things to note before burning the cd:

1. The capacity of the cd is 80 minutes – you have about 90 minutes in the playlist. You will need to uncheck at least 10 minutes of songs.
2. When I cut the songs, I left some of the really good instrumental playing around in between songs. I can cut the songs further if you’d like as a way to save on time.
3. Listen to the live Amie before you burn the cd – the recording is damaged in places and has some static here and there, but Amie is really bad. I haven’t edited the sound but there are some filters we can apply to reduce the distortion.

When you have selected the songs you want to include, with well under 80 minutes, in itunes, go to File > Burn Playlist to disc. itunes will wait for you to insert a blank a cd – go ahead and do this. It will write the cd and eject it in about a minute. At that point it is done.
